All Plans Include the Complete OSO Platform
Every currently available module is included on every plan. Ordering, bookings, contact forms, payments, content tools, and more are not locked behind higher tiers. Higher plans add Managed Site Time and lower OSO commerce fees.
Plan-specific module entitlements may be introduced in the future. Current public plans include all standard OSO modules available today.
Optional Professional Setup
Optional $199 professional setup at launch.
Optional $199 one-time professional setup is available on every plan at launch. It includes a full demo and setup with unlimited edits during setup, as long as no major platform updates are needed.
This is a one-time fee, not a monthly charge. Major platform updates or work beyond launch setup are quoted separately or use Managed Site Time.
Commerce Fees
Businesses accepting payments through supported OSO commerce tools may pay an OSO commerce fee based on their plan. Payment processor fees from providers such as Square or Stripe are separate.
As your online sales grow, higher plans can reduce your OSO commerce costs.
OSO commerce fees apply only to transactions processed through supported OSO commerce and checkout flows. They do not replace payment processor fees from Square, Stripe, or other providers you connect.
What is Managed Site Time?
Managed Site Time is hands-on work performed by OSO for your business. Send us the change and we'll handle it.

Technical platform support is included with every plan and does not count against Managed Site Time.
Unused Managed Site Time expires at the end of each billing month and does not roll over.

- New custom functionality
- Large data migrations
- Separate development projects
Additional Managed Site Time beyond your plan allowance is available at $75/hour.
