Where do I sign up and manage my site?

How much does Website-in-a-Box cost?
Plans start at $35/mo (Starter) with the complete OSO platform included. Growth is $49/mo, Pro is $79/mo, and Managed is $199/mo. Pay annually and get 12 months for the price of 10. Optional $199 professional setup at launch. See full pricing for commerce fees, Managed Site Time, and setup details.
Is professional setup available?
Optional $199 one-time professional setup is available on every plan at launch. It includes a full demo and setup with unlimited edits during setup, as long as no major platform updates are needed. See pricing for details.
What is Managed Site Time?
Managed Site Time is hands-on work performed by OSO for your business. Send us the change and we'll handle it. Starter includes up to 30 minutes per month, Growth up to 2 hours, Pro up to 3 hours, and Managed up to 4 hours. Technical platform support is included separately and does not count against Managed Site Time. Additional time is available at $75/hour.
What's the difference between Starter, Growth, Pro, and Managed?
All plans include the complete OSO platform. The difference is how much Managed Site Time you get and your OSO commerce fee. Managed is for owners who want OSO to act as their website team. Compare plans.
What are OSO commerce fees?
Businesses accepting payments through supported OSO commerce tools may pay an OSO commerce fee based on their plan. Payment processor fees from providers such as Square or Stripe are separate. Starter: 2%, Growth: 1.5%, Pro: 1%, Managed: 0%.
Can I accept payments on my site?
Yes. Connect Stripe or Square for card payments, or enable PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and other options from your customer portal. Payment processor fees are separate from OSO commerce fees.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own at no extra cost by updating DNS at your registrar. See our domain connection guide. Optional Domain Management is $10/month.
